As the City of Cupertino plans to make biking safer and more accessible, some adult residents would like to have help preparing for commuting or running errands. Here’s a great way to improve bicycling handling skills and confidence. Stanford School of Medicine and Health Improvement is Hosting a Bicycle Skills Handling Lab (at Stanford) for only $35 per person. This practice session is on-bike but off the street. It’s endorsed by our local Silicon Valley Bike Coalition.

The workshop will be held July 11 from 5:30 -7:15 pm.
