A new storm drain line is being installed on Foothill Blvd between Cupertino Rd and Salem Ave.  Work is expected to begin Wednesday October 9th and will continue for approximately 100 calendar days weather permitting.  Work hours will be Monday – Friday 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.  Northbound Foothill Blvd will be reduced to one lane, and motorists and bicyclists will have to share the same lane of travel.  “Share the Road” signs will be posted and speed limit within the construction zone will be posted at 25 mph. Motorists and bicyclist should plan to use an alternate route. Heavy truck traffic is expected to be frequent.
