Approved budget for the bike plan implementation:

  • I-280 Channel Trail Feasibility Study (Junipero Serra Trail): $ 250,000
  • UPRRTrail Feasibility Study (De Anza Trail): $ 250,000
  • Bicycle Wayfinding Program: $ 60,000
  • McClellan Road Bike Corridor: $ 5,289,000
  • Bicycle Boulevard Implementation: $ 1,417,000
  • Carmen Road Bridge Feasibility Study: $ 100,000
  • School Walk Audit Implementation: $ 1,250,000Stevens Creek Blvd Class
  • Class IV Lanes Wolfe to Tantau (Apple contribution): $ 1,800,000
    Subtotal: $ 10,416,000

In addition, the current cost estimate for the McClellan Road Bike Corridor as follows: McClellan Road Bike Corridor (estimated)
Phase 1A: $ 1,982,382
Phase 1B: $ 908,480

Where:

  • Phase 1A is the segment 100’ east of Stelling Rd to Imperial Ave
  • Phase 1B is the signal/intersection improvements at McClellan @ Bubb and McClellan @ Stelling
  • Phase 2 is the segment from Stelling to Torre excluding De Anza Blvd @ McClellan/Pacifica intersection
  • Phase 3 is the segment from Imperial to Byrne
  • Phase 4 is the signal/intersection improvements at De Anza Blvd @ McClellan/Pacifica

And:

  • Phase 2 and 3 are interchangeable and will depend on ROW acquisition
